• You can join the free Email Program which sends you a prompt each week. This is a good option for those who prefer to have the program come to them.

• You can choose to Work with Me Privately This is good for those who could use greater support and human connection.

• You can do this as a Group Program with 6-8 others. This is a good budget option for those needing more support and are good in a group setting. Groups programs happen when there are sufficient signups.
