You can work directly with this website and every week visit the Prompts page, continuing with the next prompt in the sequence. This is a good option for those who are able to keep themselves on track and can maintain themselves on a schedule. This option is completely free.
You can join the free Email Program which sends you a prompt each week. This is a good option for those who prefer to have the program come to them.
You can choose to Work with Me Privately This is good for those who could use greater support and human connection.
You can do this as a Group Program with 6-8 others. This is a good budget option for those needing more support and are good in a group setting. Groups programs happen when there are sufficient signups.
