You are here because you have either lost some one you loved or you are facing that likelihood.
I am sorry this is happening to you and that you are experiencing pain. I truly wish I could take that away.
My primary aim is to help you integrate your loss and support you in participating in your life with an open heart. Along the way I hope to help you connect to your lost one in a deep and meaningful way, while helping to clear complicated emotions that can prolong the process of grieving.
